Last Night

So while I was sitting at the computer last night, Piper decided that she wanted to be up with me. Doug couldn't resist grabbing the camera and taking a few pics. Please excuse my hair, I had a baseball hat on earlier and then my bike helmet - definately not looking my best - but Piper was as cute as ever.

We found the best bubble machine this weekend. Piper loved chasing the bubbles all over the yard.

Last Week

Piper and I spent all last week with Grandma, Michael, and Marc. We had so much fun! We went to the movies, we played in the pool, had a picnic, and did tons of other fun things. It was great seeing everyone. Piper absolutely loved playing with her cousins.

Our 4th

We had a great time celebrating our 4th with Papa Rick and his family. We ate tons of great food, the kids played in the water until we dragged them out, and then we had sparklers and fireworks. What a great day.

Catching Up

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately, but we have been super busy here. I was finally able to download my pictures so here are a few of my favorites.

Piper eating corn on the cob for the first time. I'm not sure how much she actually for down in her tummy, but she sure did have fun trying!

I had a great 30th birthday. Doug took me bowling in the afternoon and then a cooked a great dinner for all of us. We were lucky to have my mom here to help celebrate. Thanks everyone for helping make my day so special:0)

Today...

Here are some cute pics I took today.
Here is Piper talking to Grandma while running around the house naked. We went on a bike ride after dinner tonight and Piper wanted to take "her" Bigslee dog with her. She promised me she would hold on to her tight. She never let go of that little dog until the ride was over:0)

Otter Pops

Do you remember eating Otter Pops on a hot summer day? After Piper's nap today, we sat outside and had an Otter Pop for a treat. I just loved to looks on her face as she ate her icy treat:0)

Oregon

We went to Oregon this last weekend for a 50th wedding anniversary that turned into a big family party. We had so much fun visiting with family; Piper had tons of fun playing with all her cousins and having a special birthday party. I had so many pictures I wanted to share, I decided to do a collage to showcase them all. It was so good to see everyone - we miss you guys already!

We Like To Party!

We had Piper's 2nd Birthday this last Saturday and had so much fun. I just wanted to thank everyone for coming and celebrating such a special day. Piper loved all her wonderful presents and hasn't stopped playing with them. We are so lucky to have such great friends. A special thanks to Grandma, Uncle Ty, and Aunt Dina for all your help - we couldn't have had such a fun party without you.
