My Girls

My girls are the best! They are so much fun to have around. I just love to see how much they love each other. These were taken after Piper's kindergarten orientation. I can't believe how big she has gotten. She is so excited to start school. I am going to miss having her around all the time, but she tells me that I am going to be fine and she will hang out with me after school. What a doll.

What to do...

...on a fall day? Take pictures while playing in the leafs of course. It was a beautiful outside so we decided to play in the last of the leafs that are left in our yard. I think both girls enjoyed it.
She loves her Bigslee! I think this is one of my new favorites!


She is getting so big. I can't believe what a beautiful person she is growing up to be. I am one proud mama!

4 Years Old!

On Sunday Piper turned 4! I can't believe it! We all had such a great day spending it together as a family (we are having her party next weekend). When Piper woke up, she opened her presents and then requested her favorite breakfast - rolled-up pancakes, sausage & bacon. After breakfast, we played with her new toys and then headed over to Poppy Rick's house for the afternoon. While Mica and Piper played, I made her birthday cake - white cake with pink frosting. We ate dinner with Rick & Mica. Of course Piper got to choose what we had. She decided that she wanted pizza. So after a yummy dinner of pizza, salad, & bread we ate cake and it was good! She was over the moon happy and told me it was the greatest day ever. I love it!

She was so excited about the present from her little sister Paige. Her wonderful godmother Janine sent her little animals and a sticker book - just what she wanted!

What a beautiful day outside today. Piper took advantage of the sunny day and played outside most of the afternoon. She also had to model her new petticoat that grandma got her. I think she looks gorgeous!
