The other day I got a couple of coupons in the mail from Osh'Kosh and Carter's. They were both save $10 off your purchase of $10 or more. So off to the outlet mall the girls and I went. My goal was to spend very little if any money. Our first stop was Osh'Kosh. I was able to find a cute little tank and some shorts for Piper. Each piece was $5. So with my coupon, we walked out of the store without spending a penny (not even sales tax!). After that we went to Carter's where I was able to get a cute little short outfit for Paige. Again, each piece was $5. I am happy to report that we left both stores with two complete outfits and I didn't have to pull out my wallet once.

Tuesday Art
On Tuesday Piper did two different art projects. The first one was decorating and painting a visor. Piper had a lot of fun putting some summer-like stickers on her new hat and making it a bit more colorful with some paint.
Her second project was painting. I bought some blank canvases the other day and let her go to town on them. She loved painting like a "real" artist.

5 Months Old!
I can't believe that my sweet Paige is already 5 months old. She is getting cuter everyday. One of her biggest milestones this last month is eating rice cereal and oatmeal. It was a rough start, but she loves them now. Soon we will be conquering veggies and fruits. She has also started to sleep a bit more at night. She actually slept through the night for last three nights ( yea me!) She loves to be around people; she especially likes to go out shopping in the stroller with me and her big sister. She also loves to jump in her jumperoo. She loves it so much that sometimes she jumps herself to sleep. It is a pretty cute sight. All in all, she is a happy baby and an absolute joy. We are so lucky that she is ours.
She is getting so long!

Wednesday Art
One of the presents that Piper got for her birthday was a tie dye kit from Uncle Larry and Aunt Lynda. She was so excited and couldn't wait to make shirts. When we woke up on Wednesday it was raining outside, so I decided that it was the perfect day for and indoor project. She had so much fun making her shirts and couldn't wait to see the finished project. After 8 long hours, the shirts were ready to be unwrapped. I must say - for our first time tie dying, I think they turned out awesome.

A Little Rock N' Roll
On Monday Piper got the opportunity to model for the very talented Miss Lala. She loved dressing up in rock n' roll clothing and posing with a guitar.
4 Years Old!
On Sunday Piper turned 4! I can't believe it! We all had such a great day spending it together as a family (we are having her party next weekend). When Piper woke up, she opened her presents and then requested her favorite breakfast - rolled-up pancakes, sausage & bacon. After breakfast, we played with her new toys and then headed over to Poppy Rick's house for the afternoon. While Mica and Piper played, I made her birthday cake - white cake with pink frosting. We ate dinner with Rick & Mica. Of course Piper got to choose what we had. She decided that she wanted pizza. So after a yummy dinner of pizza, salad, & bread we ate cake and it was good! She was over the moon happy and told me it was the greatest day ever. I love it!
Opening the first present of the day!
She was so excited about the present from her little sister Paige. Her wonderful godmother Janine sent her little animals and a sticker book - just what she wanted!
Her new baby doll.
Getting a little help from daddy.
Two of our favorites - Poppy Rick & Mica!
