More Than Words

I can't even express how much I love this little girl. She is my everything. No matter what has happened during the day, when I see her smile - all the worries and the bads of the day go away. Last night she was laying on the stairs and Doug told me to grab my camera. As soon as I turned it on the posing started. She is such a little ham. After a couple of photos I tuned the camera off and she said, "No Mommy, more pictures please." I laughed and turned the camera back on.

Gotta Love...

jewelry. While we were in Oregon this weekend, my mother-in-law and her friend showed me how they made jewelry. I didn't make any of these items, but I did come home with them. They do tons of other crafty things too. You can check out some of their other work at http://www.arts2paws.com/.

Oregon

We went to Oregon this weekend to visit Grandpa and Grandma. It was nice to get out of town for a couple of days. Piper was spoiled rotten and had an absolute blast. Sorry for the photo overload - I loved them all!

One of Piper's favorite things to do there is feed the baby goats. They love animal cookies. Piper just laughed and giggled as they slurped the cookies out of her hand.

Piper and Mommy

Just a quick shot before bed. I was pooped and she was wired. Yup, I cut my hair again. Each time I go in it gets shorter. I forgot how nice it was to have a wash and wear style.

Camping Fun

We were so lucky to be able to go camping this weekend with some great friends. We packed up the trailer and headed to the desert. This was out first time camping in the trailer and Piper's first time in the desert. We were sad it was only for one night, but you take what you can get right? Doug hard at work digging the fire pit.

My Favorite People

I just had to share some pictures of two of my favorite people. When Doug got all dressed up today, Piper looked at him and said, "Daddy - you look pretty." I love these two so much. They truly complete me. I am so blessed!

A Work...

in progress. This is my new project. When I was little, I remember watching my grandma crochet in her chair while she watched TV. She was always working on something. I decided that I wanted to learn to crochet a blanket, so I found a pattern, watched a lot of YouTube videos, and started to crochet.

Baby Claire

Meet baby Claire. She is our neighbor's daughter and she will be spending a couple days a week with us. She is so cute and fun. Piper just loves having a baby around. She talks to her all the time and gets worried when she cries. It's fun to see a friendship bond.
