Yes, she is here! She entered this world on January 15th at 5:34 p.m. weighing 7lbs 5.5ozs and measuring 20 inches long. After spending 3 days in the NICU for some low glucose issues, she is home and thriving. Piper loves being a big sister and can't wait to get over her cold so she can love & kiss on her baby sister. I am trying to get into a routine, but of course in normal Jodi fashion, I am having some high blood pressure issues again. So right now, my job is to take care of me and the little one and get as much rest as possible. Thank goodness for husbands and grandmas! They have been stepping in where I can't be right now. I know that soon, things will be back to normal and life will be as hectic as always. I want to thank everyone for all their kind thoughts & prayers. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful family and such fantastic friends. Our first family photo. Since Paige was whisked away to the NICU I didn't get to see her right away, but after I got out of recovery, Doug asked the nurses in the NICU if I could see her. They wheeled me, my bed, and all my attachments into the NICU so I could have a little cuddle time. It was great!
