Thursday Art

Piper found a rock in the backyard the other day that she just fell in love with. So I thought it would be fun to paint it and make a pet rock for her. Thursday was perfect for this since it rained all day and we were stuck inside. She couldn't wait to get started. She had so much fun! She can't wait to get some more "pet" rocks!

This is how I found my girls the other morning after I got out of the shower. It just tore at my heartstrings. I love that they love each other so much.

New Blog Alert!

My cousin Tamra and I have been working on a new blog for a few weeks now. It is a recipes blog. We are both stay at home moms and cook all the time. We are constantly calling each other and getting dinner ideas & recipes. We are also getting calls from friends and family about some of our favorite recipes. We talked about putting together a cookbook with all of our favorite recipes in that we are found over time, but of course, life (our babies) always come first. So the next best thing we could come up with is a blog. We will be adding to it all the time so always check for updates. We hope you enjoy!!!

Look Who's 4 Months Old!

I can't believe that she is already 4 months old! Missy Paige had her 4 month check-up and she is now 12 lbs 3 1/2 ozs. and is 24 3/4" longs. She is getting so big! She is starting to roll-over and is trying to sit up on her own. She talks all the time and love to smile. She loves to hang out with her big sister in the playroom and enjoys being outside. I love being able to stay home with both of my amazing girls. I can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks bring.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

What a beautiful day outside today. Piper took advantage of the sunny day and played outside most of the afternoon. She also had to model her new petticoat that grandma got her. I think she looks gorgeous!

Sweet Piggies

One of my favorite things to do is play with Paige's little toes. I love to see how she curls & wiggles them. She has 10 of the cutest little piggies ever!

Girls & Giggles

My girls -what can I say? They make me smile & laugh everyday. Piper absolutely loves & adores her little sister. She wants to hold her all the time. I am so happy that they love each other. Piper can always make Paige smile. We were cooking brownies & Piper sat and made Paige giggle the whole time. It was so cute to see them interact with one another.

There's One!

Here is another picture of my own little fairy. She is looking around the tree for the fairies that were flying around the park. I love her imagination and her ability to see the things that we can't. Picture was taken by the very talented Miss Lala!

Saturday Morning Cartoons

Piper loves Saturday mornings. She gets to crawl in bed with daddy and watch cartoons. Of course, Paige had to get in on the action too. This is Paige trying to look around me so she could see the cartoons. How funny is this?!?

She Rides!

Oh boy did Piper have a good weekend. On Saturday she got to dress up as a fairy and get her picture taken. Then that afternoon she went to a big girl party at Poppy Rick's house and partied all day and into the night. On Sunday Mica and Poppy Rick gave her an amazing present-a 4wheeler. She was so excited she didn't even know what to think.

The girls - Mica, Piper, and Lauren - after two days of nothin' but fun! We are so lucky to have Poppy Rick and Mica as part of our family. We love them so much and wouldn't know what to do without them. We are so very blessed to know and love such amazing people.
