Sunday at the Park

It was such a beautiful night Sunday night we decided to hang out at the park for awhile.
Here is a new duck that has been living at the pond. He loves hot dog buns! Piper playing peek-a-boo with daddy.

This Morning

As I was about to get in the shower this morning, I happened to look out the window and this is what I saw. Icicles in April - what happened to spring????

Dancing

Here are a couple of pics I was able to get last night of Doug and Piper dancing before she went to bed. They are just too sweet together!

Motion Tracking

I went to the Train Depot with my photography class and got to practice last night. One of the things I finally got the hang of was motion tracking. I don't know when or if I will ever use it, but it is always fun to learn something new.

Spring has Sprung

At least it did today. It was so beautiful this afternoon, Piper and I headed to the park after lunch. It felt so good to be outside and have the sun shinning. Here are some random pics from our little walk.

First Swim Lesson

Cake

All weekend long, both Doug and Piper asked for cake. So I decided to bake one yesterday. After lunch today Piper asked for just "one" bite of cake. Of course, I couldn't help but take some pictures. As you can see there is a fork, she knows how to use it, but decided to take a shortcut and just stuff her face in the cake instead.

For Daddy

Last night Doug took Piper out in the garage and the next thing I heard was Doug yelling for me. Of course I went running out at high speed and this is what I found. I found Piper sitting on Doug's pit bike making motorcycle sounds just like her daddy taught her. As much as I hate to admit - she does look awfully cute sitting on that little bike.

Weekend

We were all feeling yucky this weekend so we decided to just stay at home and relax. Piper collected all the pillows she could find and made a bed for herself on the floor. Daddy thought it looked so comfortable that he decided to lay down too! How precious is this?!?
We let Piper take a bath in our big tub with lots of bubbles. The first thing she did was put on a bubble hat.
