She is just too cute! I couldn't help but snap some pictures of her while we were playing in the yard at Grandma's house. She loves to pose for the camera - what a little ham:o). Her smile and giggles are contagious. I am so lucky to have her in my life - she is my everything!

As most of you know, we have a very talented photographer, Kelly, in our family. We were lucky enough to see her this year at the Bennett family reunion and she took some AWESOME pictures of Piper and I. We have pictures taken of Piper all the time, but these are the best. It is a true love/tolerate relationship. Piper absolutely loves Bigslee. Bigslee simply tolerates Piper. You gotta love them!

Piper's First Birthday

We've had so much fun celebrating Piper's first birthday. Piper and I had a wonderful time celebrating in Utah with all our aunts, uncles, and cousins. Aunt Karen made her a wonderful princess cake that we couldn't get Piper to play in.
Doug and I were able to take her to the zoo on her birthday and she loved seeing all the animals. We even got her to play with a cupcake for a minute.
We also had a fun party at the house with our friends and family. We are so lucky to have so many special people in our lives that love Piper. She had a fun time playing with everyone and loved all her presents.
